Michigan bankruptcy lawyer Noel Aaron Cimmino has worked in bankruptcy law in Michigan since 2001. He has worked with clients throughout Michigan and has handled cases involving filing for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, filing for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, adversary proceedings, trustee proceedings, and other bankruptcy related litigation.

Mr. Cimmino is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and Michigan and handles a majority of the firm’s hearings and motion practice. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Detroit Consumer Bankruptcy Association since 2006 and co-authored the court sanctioned Best Practices manual regarding Reaffirmation Agreements. Mr. Cimmino was President of his law school during his third year at the University of Miami School of Law and was twice named to Who’s Who of American Law Students.
